Rosie has a keen eye and talent to be able to personalize a look, especially formulated for her clients, their hair texture, and lifestyle with up-to-date current modern hair trends.

Rosie specializes in precision haircutting, styling, color (especially gray coverage), highlighting blondes as well as lightening very dark hair. Her passion for hairdressing and ongoing education gives her the ability to give all of her clients their best-personalized look.

She began her career in 1987 at the early age of 17. In 1991 she joined forces with Paul Mitchell as a Paul Mitchell School Owner and Paul Mitchell International bilingual (Spanish) motivational speaker, platform artist, and educator for 26 years. Also, during her time with Paul Mitchell, she owned her own successful salon for 22 years, and due to Harvey, the business has closed. In January 2020, Rosie joined Bella Rinova Salon.

She has traveled the world educating, leading hair shows, teaching on stage to fellow hairdressers, and working alongside many industry icons all throughout the United States from New York to California and also in Spain, Mexico, and South America.
